Delivery/repairs/returns Information

***PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BUYING***

Please ensure your chosen delivery address is the tattoo shop you work at. Delivery to a business allows us to ensure the safety of your order by making a signature compulsory and a higher level of insurance available.

If the order is sent to a residential address, the courier can leave the order without a signature, meaning there is no cover in the event of a loss.

In light of this, we will no longer be covering the costs in the event of any loss to any deliveries made to a residential address. Deliveries to a residential address are at your own risk.

To avoid issues, the safest option is to request delivery to your tattoo shop.

Rest of the world orders, we also try and aim to have the machines shipped within 3 working days.  Due to being abroad, we cannot assure the speed in which they will arrive.  Packages will be sent with DHL tracked & signed and aim to deliver from 2 days to 1 week (Currently longer due to Brexit and covid 19)depending on where you are in the world, so please allow this if you wish to purchase something as a gift.

Returns:

We aim to please as many people as possible, but we are realistic and know that not everyone will get on with our machines.

Sadly,we do not offer a refund on machines unless there is something drastically wrong with the product.

We do however offer a swap, but in the instance, there will be a fee as the machine you wish to swap will now be 'used' and cannot be sold as 'new'.  If you can not get on with the machine please email us or send us a message on Facebook and we can help sort this out for you.

If the machines is damaged in any way (by the person whose purchased the machine) you will have to cover the cost.
