Postage price:

UK £7.00

Rest of the world £20.00

Shipping is the same price for multi buy so no extra cost.
Within the UK, we try and aim to have all machines shipped within 3 working days (monday-friday) and are sent by UPS for a next working day delivery.

Rest of the world orders, we also try and aim to have the machines shipped within 3 working days.  Due to being abroad, we cannot assure the speed in which they will arrive.  UPS aim to deliver from 2 days-1 week depending on where you are in the world, so please allow this if you wish to purchase something as a gift.

If you are still not confident doing it yourself then please read on;

I repair machines if damaged or faulty, please return your order to the following address and I will repair your machine or send a replacement within 1 week.  When sending your machine back, please add a return address and a note stating what is wrong with the machine.

We DO NOT offer a machine cleaning service.  This up to the owner of the machine to maintain cleanliness.

Returns:

We aim to please as many people as possible, but we are realistic and know that not everyone will get on with our machines.  

 Sadly,we do not offer a refund on machines unless there is something drastically wrong with the product.

We do however offer a swap, but in the instance, there will be a fee as the machine you wish to swap will now be 'used' and cannot be sold as 'new'.  If you can not get on with the machine please email us or send us a message on Facebook and we can help sort this out for you.

If the machines is damaged in any way (by the person whose purchased the machine) you will have to cover the cost.
